The owners are interested in selling, leasing, or leasing with an option to buy the real estate property as part of the sale of the Company.

Clients: The Company has a data base of over 21,000 clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, representing a broad base of individuals and businesses. A significant percentage of the Company’s business is from repeat clients. The Company also offers a variety of gift options.
